Instructions:
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

Slowly add in the flour mixture to the butter mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a flat disc. Wrap each disc in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Cool the cookies completely
Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet.
